We are seeking confident, team-oriented, results driven, Technical Recruiters for several of our new technology projects. Barrister Global Services Network, Inc. needs Technical Recruiters who have the ability to realistically source, screen, and qualify candidates for IT positions.
Our Technical Recruiters successfully review job descriptions to understand the needs of the project as well as ask questions that help identify the right candidate. They start every conversation with the intent to build, develop, and maintain relationships with candidates.
Company culture is huge for Barrister and you will not strive in this environment unless you can adapt to change quickly, work in a non-structured team environment, and have the ability to work projects from start to finish. A successful candidate will be able to work in a fast paced environment and has the ability to take initiative if they see a gap; meaning someone who can seek out issues and tackle those issues and own them.

Dynamic personality - the ability to be able to work with all levels of co-workers and be able to adapt quickly to different personalities.
Strong leadership and communication skills, both written and verbal, to ensure that the department stays fully linked internally and with the rest of the company.
Delivery - it is imperative that each Recruiter is able to provide results without having to be micro managed to produce results.
The salary range for this opportunity is $10-12 per hour.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
