## Job Description
Previous Experience Required: REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Experience supporting: MS Windows XP/7 workstation Peripheral Devices such as Printers, Scanners, Modems, etc. Desktop applications, including but not limited to Microsoft Office 2003/2007/2010
Working knowledge of: High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of one year experience in supporting PCs in a Microsoft network environment is required. A+ Certification
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Hands-on experience configuring, installing, and managing of PC hardware and software Associate Degree in Computer Science/Technology or related field is desired. Network+ or other equivalent certifications desired. Experience supporting PDAs/SmartPhones/Laptops Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory Experience using a Help Desk trouble ticketing system Experience with HBO systems is desired. Must be customer service oriented and have excellent communication skills, including speaking, listening, reading and writing. Experience working in a healthcare environment
Manual and Physical Skill Required: Periods of sitting and working at the computer. Frequent movement throughout hospital for on site work within other departments.Lifting of computer equipment.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
