The Front Desk Concierge is responsible for providing information and referrals to residents, visitors, staff, and prospective clients in a positive, polite, service-oriented manner.
Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Must possess basic clerical skills such as typing, filing and light bookkeeping.
Must be able to work in an environment with multiple interruptions.
This position requires a pleasant nature, enthusiasm, and a desire to work with seniors.
Must be able to work as a positive team member with good interpersonal skills and effective conflict resolution skills with all levels of staff, residents, families, guests, etc.
Incumbent will sit for extended periods of time.
Must be able to occasionally lift between 1 - 10 pounds and walk throughout the facility as needed.
Visual acuity and good hearing is required.
Schedule:
8 hour shift Overnight Shift 11pm-7am Must be flexible Weekends Pay Rate:
$12 Hourly Full Time

Experience:

1 year (preferred).
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
