Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to all gas station customers - Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately - Monitor fuel pumps and assist customers with fueling their vehicles - Stock and organize merchandise in the convenience store - Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the gas station and convenience store area - Communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, and management - Upsell products and promote special offers to customers - Conduct product demonstrations for electronic and jewelry sales
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred - Knowledge of basic math for cash handling purposes - Familiarity with operating a cash register and handling transactions - Ability to provide exceptional phone etiquette when answering customer inquiries Skills:
- Strong time management skills to ensure efficient completion of tasks - Proficiency in electronic sales and jewelry sales is a plus - Ability to stock merchandise and maintain inventory levels - Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and coworkers effectively - Basic technical sales knowledge for promoting electronic products - Upselling skills to encourage customers to purchase additional items during their visit - Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
