We're an expanding publishing/printing business with an immediate opening.
You'll be joining our accounting team and expected to help accurately record day-to-day financial tractions and manage AP and AR.
You'll work in Quickbooks Online and must be proficient in that program.
You must have a minimum of 3 years experience in bookkeeping.
A BS degree in Accounting or in Business Administration with an accounting background will be helpful but is not required.
Most importantly, you must have a talent for working with others, be dependable and trustworthy.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
