We provide personal care attendant services to the elderly and individuals with developmental disabilities.
We are now accepting resumes to fill the full time position of Field Supervisor.
Job Description:
This position is paid on rotation with alternate Supervisor.
Week 1:
You will report in the office Mon-Fri 8am-4:
30pm with pay of $417 salary and $9/hr for any shifts picked up after hours.
During that time you will:
Take clients to appointments Complete DSW in-home training on training days Complete initial & annual DSW visits, client quarterly and CPOC meetings.
File DSW and client paperwork, Bi-weekly grocery shopping, Assist with day program as needed and other office related duties as needed.
Week 2:
at home on-call to cover any shifts that have call off's or pick up shifts.
You will be compensated $9 per hour for the amount of hours per shift time
$150 salary for on-call pay.
Qualifications:
Minimum one year of verifiable supervisor experience Pass a state criminal background check Pass drug screening Knowledge of the Louisiana Medicaid Waiver Programs Preferred Must possess a valid driver's license and clean driving record Must have reliable transportation and vehicle must be insured in accordance with all Department of Motor Vehicle requirements Ability to be flexible Excellent organization and computer skills Wilkinson Care Giving is an Equal Opportunity Employer Job Type:
