Ross Downing is seeking a dependable representative for our Business Development call centerThis person will be the liaison between our company and its current/ potential customersThis role will highlight the continuation of customer satisfaction throughout our dealershipSee below for details:

Responsibilities:
Answer customer care phone calls, emails, and internet inquiriesMake outbound calls to create new business or maintain loyal businessSet at minimum 20 appointments per dayKeep records of customer interactions, record details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions takenBuild customer relationships and advise customers on servicesDirect calls to appropriate individuals and departmentsEnter data through multiple software programs including AutoMate, Vin Solutions, GM Global, Microsoft Teams, and warranty companiesMeet daily and monthly goalsLearn, reference, and apply product knowledge information to assist customersStrategically assist in curating a schedule for Service AdvisorsAssist in obtaining and assigning loaner vehicles to customers for all Ross Downing Automotive facilitiesComplete multiple retention lists to maintain customer relationshipsUpdate customer records as neededProvide excellent customer experience Preferred Qualifications :
Microsoft office proficientAbility to type 60 words per minuteAbility to maintain professionalism through phone contactCustomer Service backgroundStrong communication skillsMust be able to pass a background checkStarting Pay:
