Reporting to the Assistant Controller, you will be responsible for administrative functions, including data entry, bill payments, and resolving invoice discrepancies.
WHO YOU ARE 1-3 years of experience in an accounts payable role.
Organized and accountable with a keen eye for detail.
Resourceful self-starter, tackling challenges independently.
Proactive team player, thriving collaboratively.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and accounting software.
WHAT YOU'LL DO Ensure accuracy of monthly utility invoices.
Perform data entry and process timely payments.
Communicate with vendors via email and phone calls.
Provide backup support to other A/P team members.
Participate in special projects, as needed.
Job Requirements:
High school diploma with at least 1 year of Accounts Payable experience.
Strong organizational skills, ability to work independently, detail-oriented, and organized.
Excellent data entry and general math skills.
