Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Basic math skills used for making change.
Ability to build rapport with customers.
Ability to read, write and speak English.
Ability to follow policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
Greets, assists and thanks customers during their shopping experience.
Ensures the cleanliness and sanitation of all front end areas.
Scans items quickly and accurately.
Reports when items are incorrect or not in the system.
Notifies management of associate theft, customer shoplifting, unauthorized markdowns.
Any other duties assigned.
