Essential Duties ? Respond to employee inquiries by either directly resolving questions or involving the appropriate person to support employee inquiries.
? Provide administrative support to assigned tasks.
Based on specific assigned responsibilities, this may include, but not limited to:
o Ensure accurate and timely onboarding of assigned business unit employees and resources.
o Ensure timecards are approved by employees and managers per the deadlines required by payroll.
o Respond to verification of employment requests as assigned.
o Respond to unemployment claims as assigned, may include reaching out to managers to obtain the appropriate documentation.
o Ensure accurate and timely filing of release notices in RMS.
? Responsible for accurately and efficiently completing new hire data entry using multiple systems.
? Responsible for accurately and efficiently completing offboarding deactivations in appropriate systems.
? Maintain privacy and confidentiality of all information provided access.
? Maintains data integrity of employee files and systems.
? Regular and on-time attendance.
? Hours may exceed 40 hours per week during peak times.
? Conducts audits of HR systems and recommends/implements corrective action.
? Assists and prepares correspondence as requested.

Ability to function well in a fast-paced environment.
Work Experience ? 1-2 years of Human Resources or Administrative Support experience.
Physical Work Demands ? Able to sit and work at a computer keyboard for extended periods of time.
? Able to stoop, kneel, bend at the waist and reach on a daily basis.
? Able to lift and move up to 30 pounds occasionally.
? Will work out of an assigned Alacrity office.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
