Exempt JOB Overview:
Responsible for the development and implementation of business and marketing plans for the facility.
Participates in the marketing plan process through market research, market analysis and marketing tactics.
Works on new existing facility programs.
Participates in the department?s performance improvement activities.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
1 Makes a minimum of 20 personal visits to existing or new referral sources each week.
2 Reports each day the results of the previous days activities and the current days plans.
3 Identifies potential referral sources and assists with business development.
4 Presents at 100% of monthly staff meetings on feedback from community and referral sources.
5 Maintains a level of referrals identified in conjunction with department staff and Administrator.
6 Makes at least one formal presentation to one referral source group per month.
7 Makes weekly rounds in hospital to survey patient satisfaction and communicates feedback immediately to Administrator and/or D.

8 Consults other departments, as appropriate to collaborate in regards to marketing and business plans.
9 Demonstrates the ability to be flexible, organized and function under stressful conditions.
10 Consistently completes all assignments in a timely manner, is thorough and appropriately detailed.
11 Follows Corporate Compliance Code of Conduct as evidenced through practice, performance, and attendance of annual review programs/in-services.
12 Performs other duties as assigned.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
